Fill &Package Testing

Usually our food packaging machines are tested by the following steps。

Income material testing, We control quality from the source, and will test incoming materials to ensure that the components on the machine comply with the standards.

On-line inspection .that is inspection on the production line .discovery the problems timely and modify it .

Initial inspection : when the machine is finished ,check the packaging machine for any defects or damanges .souch as damaged circuit boards .poor cables connections .etc …

Function test :test whether the functions are normal .such as whether the operation is stable .whether the speed meets requirements .whether the control systerm is sensitive and reliable .etc .

Continuous test: We usually call aging test, which usually takes 3 days. Under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the packaging machine, we conduct a long-term running test on the packaging machine to verify the reliability and stability .

Packaging test:Whether the packaging outcome meets the requirements, such as whether the sealing of the packaging bag is firm, whether the appearance of the packaged product is complete, whether the weight of the package is accurate, etc.
