Our food food packaging machines come in various types with different warranty . The main electronic components of the multi-head weighing machine : 3-yrs warranty.Other food packing machine 1-year warranty. We also provides options of different sizes and budgets, and provides customers with quality service and support, whatever packaging machines or auxiliary packaging equipment, to ensure that the machines are always in the best condition.
Touch screen: During use, the display screen is usually dropped, broken, and the broken touch screen is often broken.
Main board: It is the core part of the combination scale, it sends instructions to each electrical boards to run. It is not easy to damage, but because it controls too many places, in order to prevent shutdown, keep it on hand is necessary.
Load Cell: It is a crucial element that affects the accuracy of the combination scale, the accuracy depends on it.
Fuse: Due to the different voltages in different countries, the voltage in some countries is unstable, combination scale may have long-term working conditions, which increases the chance of burning out the fuse.
Bushings: Bushings are used in every running place, so they are the most easily damaged parts.
Our payment term is TT (telegraphic transfer), with 40% deposit and balance 60% to be paid before shipment after inspection. For special case, we can consider LC (letter of credit).
It depends on the requirements of each order . Generally, our food packaging machines are specially customized, and the production time is 35-45 days. The standard machine : 15-20 days.
Before production, we inspect 50% of the incoming materials before entering the warehouse.
During production, we strictly follow the instruction of ISO90000 and CE.
